1. Brief Introduction of theEnterprise
Bengbu Hongshen Special Gas Compressor Manufactory established in the basis of the former Bengbu Compressor General Works (Northern Works) with over 50 years experience in design and manufacture. The new factory devotes to r/d and manufacture diversified types of low-mid-high pressure special gas compressors utilized in petroleum, chemistry, urban fuel gas and other applications pursuing the advanced technology and design concepts of compressor industry both home and abroad, employing fully the enterprise’s reorganized and optimized resources advantages, carrying out the scientific management to heighten the products quality and create the prestigious special gas compressor brand in China.
"Hongshen Enterprise" was awarded as the factory in the first group of “Quality Emphasized, Contract Honored and Credit Well Commented in China“ in “Quality 10,000 Kilometers investigation” in the domestic compressor industry in 2003. The enterprise was ratified as " National Quality Examination Stead Qualified Product (2000-2005) by Quality Examination Association, awarded as " The Enterprise for National Consumer Users Satisfaction", and success fully awarded the certifications of ISO9001:2000 international quality system authorization.
The 6 series products range:
a) LG series;
b) NG series;
c) High pressure natural gas bottle filling;
d) oil well gas, casing gas(dry and wet),rich gas and coal gas series;
e) chemistry, industrial gas series compressors;
f) engineering, mid/high pressure air compressors series;
over a hundred specifications and the exhaust volumes range from 0.2~80m3/min and exhaust pressure goes from 0.2Mpa~25Mpa.
These compressors are widely used in the special gas such as natural gas, coal gas, oil filed gas, rich gas, propylene, carbon dioxide, chlorine gas, dimethylether, ammonia gas, chloromethane, Freon, nitrogen gas, ethylidene (di) fluoride etc and also extensively applied in the recycling, gas collection, gas filling, pipeline purging and the pressure stabilization, compression, and conveyance in petrochemical processes.
